Jacob Knudsen and Kari Ericksdatter moved to Bolsoy in 1805 from Stange Hedmark. Their daughter Karen Jacobsdatter was baptized on 26 December 1805 at Bolsoy:

There is a Jacob Robech and wife who are introduced in church on 7 November 1805:

I wonder if this could be them. I know that there is another Jacob of Robech in the 1801 census, but they did not have any children at this time. It does seem unusual that they would have been introduced in church before their child was baptized.

I do not know where Jacob Knudsen came from. I cannot find him anywhere in the 1801 census. I believe his wife was from Stange. After the family moved to Bolsoy, I have not been able to find any record whatsoever of Jacob Knudsen, Kari Ericksdatter, or their daughter Marthe Jacobsdatter. They didn`t move to Bolsøy. It`s written that they were travelling and on their way home (to Stange in Hedmark) when the child was born in Bolsøy.
