Mediaeval portrait glass at Shelton, Norfolk

Legg inn av Gjest » 30. januar 2008 kl. 5.29

I have posted a series of photographs that I took last August at
Shelton in Norfolk. The stained glass and monuments in the church
commemorate the Shelton family, and were erected during the early part
of the 16th century.

These may be seen here:

(the page should open to the 1st out of 27 photos; a detailed
description is found at the foot. To see each successive photo, you
will need to click on the 'next photo', shown in miniature at top
right)

If anyone is able to identify the arms I have not yet identified, or
can comment further on the likely identities of the persons portrayed,
I would be grateful.

Regards, Michael
