Hi,

I am looking for information on the marriage date/location of Osten Christensen (abt 7 Nov 1790 Nes - 7 Nov 1858 Johannesgarden, Nes) and Birgit Nielsdatter (abt 1789 - 3 Nov 1869 Syversrud, Nes). I'm also interested in Birgit's birth date/location.

I have identified the following children:

1) Oloug - 15 Oct 1816 Syversrud, Nes
2) Birgit - 14 July 1819 - Johannesgaarden, Nes
3) Margit - 9 Oct 1821 - Johannesgaarden, Nes
4) Ole - 24 Jun 1831 - Johannesgaarden, Nes
5) Erich - 1 Feb 1834 - Johannesgaargen, Nes

I imagine there are more children also.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Married Juni 7. 1813 in Næs - Ungkarl Østen Christensen Syvertsrud and Pige Birgit Nielsdatter Præstegaarden.
Caut: Steengrim Nielssen (Schirvemoen?) and Lars Halgrimsen Tollefsgaard.

Same register and roll, page 210:
Born Febr. 13. 1814 - Christened Marts 4. in Næs - Christen
Parents: Østen Christensen and Birgit Nielsdatter Syversrud.
Christening witnesses: Sigrid Tollevsgaard, Astrid Johannisgaard, Knud Syversrud, Niels Haversgaard and Gunvald Haralsætmoen.

If you are looking for more children, maybe you find some in the Digitised parish register from Buskerud (have a look at Nes)

Thanks so much for the quick reply. I appreciate your assistance. Yes, I've reviewed the parish registers for Nes previously, but they still haven't posted the years between 1823-1834 or those prior to 1815, so I haven't had the opportunity to view any other years. I continue to wait for them to be posted. Thanks also for the picture.
