Maren Kathrine

I have been searching for the baptism record for Maren Kathrine Henriksdatter/Andreasdatter.
According to her marriage record to Mikkel Amundsen on October 28, 1809 she is referred to as Maren Katrina Henrichdatter. In her death record of May 3, 1825 she is referred to as Maren Cathrine Andreasdatter the wife of Mikkel Amundsen.

I have not been able to find her in the 1801 census and I have not been able to find a baptism record for her.

What is the reasoning to assume that Maren Cathrine Andreasdatter is the same person as Maren Katrine Henrichsdatter?

Maren Cathrine Andreasdatter was probably born around 1782 since she was 43 years old when she died in 1825.

There seem to be four children of Michel Amundsen from 1810 to 1821, listed here along with the mother's reported name, which is ever-changing:

One more question; Amund Mikkelsen father of Mikkel Amundsen used the last name of Morath according to the 1801 census in Kongsberg. Where does the name Morath/Mourad originate from - anyone know?
