I do not know if it is asking too much, but would like to have a court record translated to English.

I cannot read every single word, and some of it is quite hard to translate, since it is so specifically tied to the court system and culture of the time. Here's my attempt:

* * *

In the year 1883 on the 8th of October, a court convened on (the farm) Søndre Rogne in Østre Slidre under the administration of the "Sorenskriver" (local court judge) in the presence of the two appointed lay judges, who had previously sworn their oath, farmers Erik Nilsen Onstad and Peder Knutsen Onstad.
There were then interrogations about Kari Evensdatter Dale.
The administrator produced (1) the summons to interrogation, (2) the summons to the court, (3) the report (of the crime) with signatures (?). The documents are added to the protocol records #

Not held in custody stood forth
the aforementioned Kari Evensdatter Dale and said that she was 40 years old
with no previous criminal record. She admitted to have borne the children mentioned in the report
by the likewise mentioned men, without having been married to either of them, while
claiming to be engaged to Haldor Olsen Melby.
She has, with her children, for many years lived as an "innerst" (person with no own home) at a place under the Dale farm, at which farm she through all her life had been working. Read and confirmed.
First deponent, Nils Rønjussen Dale, 38 years old, explained that it is correct
that he is the father of the eldest child, Guri. Read and confirmed.
Second deponent, Haldor Olsen Melby, 43, explained that he is the father
of the twins born this year. He does not consider himself to be engaged to the aforementioned woman. Read and confirmed.
Because of admission of guilt, a summary treatment is deemed appropriate, wherefore
it (was said?) to the aforementioned woman that she is charged with the crimes treated in the summons to interrogation, and that the case

is dealt with immediately. Questioned, the defendant declared
that she did not want the assistance of a solicitor, and did not wish
further evidence to be put forth.
The court estimated that the defendant is about as old as she had stated.
The deponent were dimitted without sworn oaths.
At the spot was ruled the following
Sentence
By her own admission in combination with other information it is regarded
as proven, that the defendant let herself fall pregnant by two (three?? not sure whether the text has tvende 'two' or trende 'three') different men without
having legally entered marriage with any of them. For this she is to be punished
according to the penal code chapter 18, section 25, second point.
In the circumstances, the punishment is regarded as suitingly set to imprisonment "on water and bread" for 8 days. In addition, she is obliged to cover the costs of the case and the execution of the punishment, inasmuchas she according to the law is not exempt therefrom.
The verdict of the court is:
The defendant Kari Evensdatter Dale should for crimes against the penal code chapter 18, section 25, second point be incarcerated "on water and bread" for 8 -- eight -- days, and cover the costs connected to the case and the execution of the punishment, inasmuchas they according to the law pertain to her.
To be executed as decided by the proper authorities.
When the sentence had been read, the defendant accepted it, as she did not wish to appeal to a higher court.
The protocol was read and the court adjourned, the lay judges declaring that they had no objections to the recorded outcome. The administrator paid kroner 3,20 for the (use of the) premises.
