I find a Hartford township in Todd county MN...but I can not find "uncle Oscar" in the census records.
Not sure Hartford township is the right place...but I can't find just a town/city of Hartford, MN..

According to other registrations about the family in Norway, it was his father who is a Magnusson. So the Oscar Magnusson we are looking for could be born in Sweden. Maybe Halvard can shed some light on this uncle?
