I am looking for information on the Hagen farm, ancestors and when the family left Lesje.
I have the following:
Marit Andersdatter was b. 8 Feb 1846 to Anders Iverssen Norder?hous? holen and Mari Andersdatter.
Parents were married 22 Apr 1845.
In 1865 the family lives at Bjokneholen: Anders, 60, Mari Andersdatter, 46 and children: Iver, 17; Syver, 15; Anders, 11; Marith, 20; and Ingeborg,2.
I am trying to find ancestral info on the parents and when Marit (family?) left Lesje.
Any assistance anyone can provide would be much appreciated.

Re: Hagen farm/family
Thank you, Jan, for that information! I just got back to this.
I am wondering if anyone can help me with the burial record for Kari Reinholdsdatter (#12 p. 453);
http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?u ... 48604&js=j
I can't read the info before and after her name except for Fattiglem. Actually the whole record.
and what might the first word be before Ivar Johnsen's name in 1845 Burial record #36 on p. 644.?
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Sincerely,
David Vinge

Here is the link to Iver Johnsen`s buriel record:
Kildeinformasjon: Oppland fylke, Lesja, Ministerialbok nr. 6B (1843-1854), Døde og begravede 1845, side 644-645.
Permanent sidelenke: http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?i ... x_side=-12
He is "føderådsmann". May be some one else can explain what it means?

Re: Hagen farm/family
Thank you for the info on Ivar's burial record. I would never have figured out the word Foderaadsmand (I think this means he has signed over his land to his heir or person he wants to take it over).
I have been able to find those records but I'm having difficulty reading Kari's record other than the word Fattiglem (I think means pauper or supported by the town/district/state?).
Any assistance transcribing the word before Fattiglem and the comments in the "Opholsted" column, would be much appreciated.

Hi,
Her is an excelent Norwegian-Americanonline dictionary, he words included in this dictionary are those that you are likely to find in genealogical sources.
http://home.online.no/~otjoerge/files/word.htm
føderåd/føderaad: support received after giving ones estate to another, the retirement agreement, also named as "kår" = kaar"
fattiglem: pauper
I’m not able to read the comment, I can just guess: [stayed/lived] at Haldor P?...in Bjø…
