Jeg søker informasjon om hvordan dødsboskifte foregår i USA. Er det som her både privat og offentlig skifte?
Er det noen som har informasjon om dette.

Yes, probate and wills are public information. The information is held at the courthouse at the county seat. Here in Norman County of Minnesota, that is in Ada, Minnesota.
