You might take a look at the census 1787 in Copenhagen at
http://ddd.dda.dk/asp/dddform_uk.asp
Don't fill in too much, just choose the year and Copenhagen in the field
'County' and search for schwar% - % being the joker

I saw three Johan Schwarz/Schwartz in Copenhagen 1787 - but take a look at
them - If you think one of them is a possible hit go to
http://dis-danmark.dk/forum/list.php?f=6 Markedspladsen/Marketplace to ask
for help looking in the church records.

You'll find church records of Copenhagen at
http://www.arkivalieronline.dk/
but unfortunately the State's Archive has chosen to hide behind password
etc. without editing a page in English.

Try the helpfulnes of Danish genealogists in the DisForum Markedspladsen
