Det jeg vet er at Adolf Martin Brundal giftet seg med Gjertine Øyaas i Østre Aker kirke den 11/12-1870. Begge er fra Trondheim.
De fikk 5 barn:
1. Laurits Alfred f. 25/9-1871, konf. 4/10-1885, gift 18/3-1905 med Anna Karoline Tollefsen.
De fikk en datter Elsa som ble gift Paulsen, og døde i 1983. Anna Karoline død 22/6-1909.

3. Ada Gunhild Camilla f.6/11-1879, konf. 1/4-1894.
4. Johan Trygve f. 28/11-1881, konf.12/4-1896.
