Assistance reading a marriage record

At the bottom of the page 44 (left side) there is a marriage record for Engelbret Nilsen and Anne Olsdatter.
I'm wondering what the Lotens means (Copul af 27 Dec Lotens - 3)?? Announcement of the marriage?
Also it says :
Caution af Ole Hendrichsen Goodlie og Anders Mithuus. This means "best Men" or witnesses are :Ole and Anders. Is it possible that Ole is the father of Anne?

Copul. d. 27 Decemb Lateris 3 means: The were married on December 27.

Lateris 3 has nothing to do with the date or place - it simply means that the marriage registrations continue on the next page, and that there has been 3 marriage records in that year so far. (You will see the remark Lateris at the bottom of almost every page!)

The couple were married in "Schrutv." which means Skrautvål church.
