Can any one help please. I seem unable to get on to the ancestry.co.uk
site. I get the blue loading bar at the bottom of the screen and IE
says 'Done' but page is blank. I tried going to ancestry.com which
worked, then used a link to .co.uk which also worked. But after leaving
the site could then not get onto .com or .co.uk. Tried again via
ancestry.ca, same thing, then .de, again the same.
So now I can't get onto any of them although they all seem to have
loaded. It looks like once I have been to a site once it will not let
me return.
I have tried using links in emails, Favourites, Google, address bar and
tried Firefox. No joy.
Has this happened to any one else?
PS all other websites are ok.

Often, after the bar says "Done" and nothing appears, simply
clicking REFRESH/RELOAD brings it up.

what OS browser etc ect ?

works fine for me all day today

Thanks for help, problem now solved. Turns out that my wife had logged
on to the site using a different pc and had not logged out when she had
finished. After logging out, now ok. Strange that we didn't get a
message saying ' you are already logged in on another computer' though.
