Left page bottom — states Claus #33 was born to Elling Clausen and his wife Kjersti Bersvendsdatter on 12/09/1819
Does not say he is a twin

Right page — Beret #36 — states she was born to Elling Clausen and his wife Kjersti Bersvendsdatter on 17/09/1819

I have the Bygdebok, it does not even mention a Beret f. 1819, but then it also does not mention a Ingeborg Ellingsdatter who was born in 1816 either. She is the one I am researching.

Hello

Claus is born September 12,and baptised Oktober the 3 in 1819.
Beret September the 17,and she was also baptised on Oktober the 1 in 1819.
Very strange that they have the same parents??If they where twins its not possible
that she was born 5 days after him.

Well it not here parents listed in the churchbooks.I found here confirmation here:

About the confirmation record,if that is her parents. I am wonder why the fathers name isnt Elling???

Well as I search trough the churchbooks I found Ingeborg Ellingsdatter and her confirmation.She is listed in the same book as her sister Bereth.And the parents are Elling and Karie Røning.They live on tha farm Rønning.Bereth is number 37 and Ingeborg number 52.So then we have the one you looking for.Not a sister for Claus

I belive there was one more sister,she was born in 1807.And have the same father.
