FTM 2005

Does anyone know if Family Treemaker 2005 will convert the older
versions (4.4.0a) info without a lot of hassle ?

According to FTM themselves it will.
They say any newer version will open all older versions of FTM

Ive been running FTM 6 since abt 99. No probs.
Insalled 2005 abt an hour ago looks great,new features quite pleased BUT
firstly it seems to have overwrote my old file without saving the data! (i
had a backup from
abt 2 weeks ago so no probs there) but should it really do that? I think
not!
Secondly i now find after importing my back up i have the basic details
births,marriages,deaths but
my babtisms, occupations etc. seem to have dissappeared! Not pleased! Has
anyone any ideas or had
this prob themselves?
