Korsvalle, Hovig, Linnesvolden--Simon Olsen, Mari Hansdatter

Greetings!

I have been trying to track an ancestor's lineage.

My relative is Alette (Ahlete, Alete) Simonsdatter. She married Lage Nielsen Engen Hønen on 30 Nov 1820 in Norderhov, Buskerud, Norway. After searching extensively, I believe that Alette Simonsdatter is originally from Lier/Bragernes.

I believe these records outline a bit of her life:

18 September 1796 at Frogner Kirke, Lier, Buskerud: Baptism of Ahlet daughter of Simon Olsen and Mari Hansdatter Hovigs. Sponsors at baptism were: Anne Olsdatter Nosted, Gunhild Amundsdatter Bragernaes, Stille Olsen, Jon Olsen Jensvold.

21 Apr 1811 Aleth, Simon Olson's datter was confirmed. Her birthplace is listed as Lier and that she is 14 years old. (Bragernes Church book, confirmations, p. 870)

Braegernes Church book notes Alete Simonsdatter leaving Braegernes and moving to Ringerige in 1820. It lists her has 23 years old.

It looks like her parents are: Simon Olsen (living on Korsvalle as a dragon) when married and Mari Hansdatter from Nordrehaug? (Nordrehov). Frogner Church, Lier: Marriage on 9 December 1779. Notes Dragon (soldier) and youngman Simon Olsen from Walle married Mari Hansdatter from Norderhaug? (Norderhov). There is an additional line--likely about the marriage being attested, but cannot make out the words.

I have been trying to make sure that I am tracing the correct line and also to find out more about Simon and Mari's families. I know that they had two children while living on Korvalle, then children while living on Linnesvolden, and finally children while living on Hovig, Hoevig.

It is my understanding that Simon Olsen is listed on Hoevig in the 1801 census with his wife Mari (whose surname has been written down incorrectly as Olsdatter) with several of the children.

If anyone is familiar with this family or has more information, I would love to learn more.

Thanks!
Brad
