Graveyards in Kongsberg

Can someone tell me how I can find out who is responsible for a grave in the Kirkegården ved Næringsparken? I have a relative who was buried there in 2002, but I don't think he had any family. I wonder who buried him? The grave is under Reidar Martinius Thoresen. He is buried with his father Peder Martin Thoresen. Your thoughts are appreciated. Tusen takk!
