Gudmund Torstensen Fossum 1590-1652 parentage

Gudmund Torstensen was the first farmer at Enger by Østsinni when the land was cleared, from 1617 to about 1632. Then he turned the land over to Ole Halvorsen and moved to Fossum. He died about 1652.

I am trying to find who his father Torsten is, and where he lived. Gudmund's son was Tarald Gudmundsen, so it's possible his father was Torsten Taraldsen, if he followed naming conventions. Also, it's not known who Gudmund's wife was. I am seeking help discovering either of these. Many thanks in advance.
