Where can possible corrections to bygdebøker be posted

In doing some research for a lag member, we have found a possible error in a marriage date in both the 1920s version of the bygdebok and in Bind 7-II of the 2002 book.

Is there a web site to report possible errors?

And, is there a web site to find what others have reported as errors?
