Farm Granie in Nannestad

In the 1700's I have some ancestors who were from the farm Granie. It seems it could have also been spelled Grannie, Granys and perhaps Granstuen.

Would anybody have any information on this farm?

Could it be the same place as modern Grani which I see from Google Earth is near the intersection of the roads Nannestadvegen and Holtervegen?

Yes, the place you're looking for is now called Grani. I don't have Google Earth, but the place you've found sounds right.
