I am searching for the parents of Kristoffer Gulbrandsen Nordby f. 1798, gift 28 Mar 1820 med Anne Hansd. Trandum.

Think it must be couple no. 24 here: Kristoffer Gulbrandsen Flindrum and Anne Hansdatter ibid.
Kristoffer is 24, but there is no age for Anne
No reference to Nordby and Trandum here.

I think it could very well be the Christopher Gulbrandsen who is on the 1801 census at the farm Westengen. One of the two sponsors at their marriage was from Westengen, he is also on the 1801 census at Westengen and he is the father of Christopher (Kristoffer) Gulbrandsen.

Here is the christening record for Christopher. Looks like the date is Dom. Sexagesima and it 1795 that was February 8th
Parents are Gulbrand Thorersen Aas-eye and Marthe Christophersdatter.

As you probably know Ullensaker has two parishes: Ullensaker (which is the main parish) and Hovin (which is an annex parish). Trandum is in Hovin. Nordby is a very common farm name, and there is Nordby both in Ullensaker and in Hovin.

A son named Thorer - that looks perfect.

There is one Anne (Ane) here who was christened 1.Søndag i Faste 1799
Parents are Hans Halvorsen and Kari Gulbrandsdatter at Aas-Eier.

Anne Hansdatter is a very common name.
I don't quite understand about Anne Hansdatter Trandum
Are you sure about Trandum?

There are two Anne Hansdatter here at Aas in 1801. I would find it more likely that she came from Aas than from Trandum - but you never can tell.

I believe that you are correct Tove, that it is Anne Hansd. Flindrum (not Anne Hansd. Trandum).

I had a look at that probate record from 1849 which mentions the children of Marthe Olsdatter. Here Anne is listed as Anne Hansdatter Bjørnli in Næss (Nes) parish, a widow.
So it is definitely not her.

But there are some other Anne Hansdatter on the 1801 census, two of them at Aas.
In the marriage record for the son Thorer it is mentioned that Thorer was born at Aas.
Don't know when they moved to Nordby. In 1865 Thorer is listed as a self-owner, not a cotter or tenant.

Do you have names of other of the children of Anne and Christopher? I think you have to look at who are the sponsors when the children were christened, what names they were given etc. Maybe you have to use the "elimination method".

Thanks, I am descended from Kristoffer and Anne's son Halvor Kristoffersen born 01 Dec 1821. Halvor and his wofe lived at Aas Ødegaarden.

Anne was born at Aas, but at the time of her confirmation she is a servant at Flindrum.

Yes it looks like they would have moved to Nordby sometime between 1836 (when Halvor was confirmed) and 1842 (when Marthe was confirmed)
Don't know if there are any children between those two?
