"Høvding" Voyages - Translation Help for Occupatio

I am trying to compare information in the Digitalarkivet emigrants lists with the actual passenger lists for the 1872 & 1873 "Høvding" voyages. I have managed to find Norwegian to English translations for most of the occupations listed, but need help with the following, please:

Tilhugger
Saugmester
Korkeskjærer
Saugfiler
Fahnejunker
Musikus

Hmmm... old words but lets give it a try...

Tilhugger = Some sort of a stone cutter, stonemason

Saugmester = Foreman at sawmill [e.g. boss at a steam sawmill...]

Korkeskjærer = cork cutter [probably at a cork factory ]

Saugfiler = sawmill grinder

Fahnenjunker = cornet [low military rank]

Musikus = musician [e.g. a hornist...]

Musikus was a musician payed by the government to play.

Otto Jørgensen has tried to collect some of the words that might be found in norwegian documents. I did not find your words exactly spelled your way there, but take a look at Sagmester, you will see the spelling of today.

It also gives some spelling/writing rules.

However, I still cannot make sense of the following occupations, and would be grateful if someone could translate them for me.

I think Laila just wants to be a little educative, so that other people can learn..., very often the same questions arise every now and then...

But I understand it's not easy to translate, the words are old, spelling different, and the abbrevations might also be unknown.

Fyrbøder = stoker
Grbr. = gårdbruker = farmer
G.søn = gårdbruksønn? = son of a farmer
Tobaksp. = tobakspinder = tobacco spinner [at tobacco factory]
Dreier = turner [probably steel or other metal]
Feier = chimney sweeper
Mekanikus = mechanist ?
Maskinarb. = Maskinarbeider = machinist
Skibstm. = Skipstyrmann = mate, second officer [on vessel] = Skipstømmermann = carpenter on ship
Forgylder = gilder
Billedskj.= billedskjærer = (wood?) carver

Just one comment: I don't think "skibstm" is an abbreviation for "skibstyrmand" in the old Danish spelling, it is rather "skibstømmermand", that is a ship's carpenter.

I went to the 1872 Høvding passenger list

His name was Johannes Ingebretsen, and here he is in census-1865 for Tønsberg:

His profession is Skibstømmermand...
