I tried to borrow this book thru the local library, but they couldn't locate it.

Hi Pip,

I was able to borrow a copy from the library here in Norway but it does not have an ISBN number. The only information about publishing I could find is: "First published 1990 by John Parsons, P. O. Box 5143, Lambton Quay, Wellington, New Zealand. All rights reserved. Enquiries should be made to John Parsons at the above address."
