I have not been successful finding the persons you are looking for in the 1865 census. The reason could be that records for about 3700 persons in Kristiania (Oslo) have been lost and are not included in the 1865 census database. Please let me know if there is other information you are looking for.

I am looking for the Parish Emigration records for the same people.

I have their emigration records from Digitalarkivet. They are recorded as being from Eidskog, but suspect this is an error (or, maybe, it's a clue?). Is there any way of checking the original documents?

Amalie Andersen confirmation on 1st. Oct. 1871 is recorded as no. 9 in

Kildeinformasjon: Oslo fylke, Garnisonsmenigheten, Ministerialbok nr. 11 (1870-1880), Konfirmerte 1871, side 125.

It is therefore likely that the family lived at Garnisonsmenigheten in Oslo until they left for New Zealand in 1872.

The three sisters emigration record indicating that their residence was Eidskog is not likely to be correct. However, they are recorded together with a group of people from Eidskog.

I have not been able to find any of the three sisters in the Parish Emigration records for Eidskog or Garnisonsmenigheten but not all was recorded in these records.

Christian and Kirstine were married on September 11th 1844 in Garnisonsmenigheten, Christiania.

He was from Elverum and she was from Leuthen (= Løten), Hedmark county
