Can someone please help me with the following?

I have the marriage of Martin ANDERSEN and Mina CHRISTOPHERSDATTER here:
Oslo fylke, Gamle Aker, Ministerialbok nr. 5 (1873-1881), Ekteviede 1873, side 206. Marriage no. 93.

It says that Martin was born at Næs Romer Christiania. Is this Næs Romerike, Akershus, and am I correct in thinking that this is the same place as Nes, Akershus, as follows?

Nes or Næs is a common name all over Norway, but I believe the answer to your two questions is yes.

According to Martin's and Mina's marriage record (see link, above), Mina was born in Trysil (may have been in Søndre Osen, Trysil) in 1848.

I have not been able to find online parish records for Trysil for any period covering 1848. Does that mean the records are not yet online, or should I be looking in a different parish register and, if so, where?

Alternatively, if someone has access to these records, could they please contact me?
