No, they are not related. The parents are Tosten Haldogsson Joramo and Sigrid Pålsdotter.

But Marit was not the sister of Marit Tostensdotter and Haldog Tostensson. Marit Joramo, born in 1876, was the sister of my grand grand mother Hanna. So Marit Joramo was auntie of Haldog Tostensdotter and Haldog Tostensson if I got it correct.

The parents of Marit Joramo is Jacob Øiom and Mari Joramo.

Yes she is the same person who left Norway with Haldog/Haldor/Halvor etc. They estimate their birthyear and are usually off a year or two. Why do you think she married a Grov? What is your source?
