Noren, New York 1868

Hi all!

I'm looking for information on Hans Noren b.1836-11-06, Catharina
Margaretha Malmdin, his wife, b.1838-09-13, and their children Thekla
Margaretha b.1866-04-22, Arendt Johan Aron b.1868-04-15. I think they
arrived to New York in 1868-09-21 according to http://www.castlegarden.org/
(even if the records say they're from Germany). They were all born in
Sweden.

The problem is that I can't find them in any census after the arrival.
Anyone who knows how to proceed?

Hej Joakim,
What is Hans' fathers name? Perhaps they did not use Noren as a surname.

Thank you for the response, Margit. Hans' fathers name was Michael
Noren but searching for "michaelsson" doesn't help either.
