Reunion/Windows/XP with SP2:printing

I'm posting this for a friend. Maybe I don't have enough details, but
here goes.

The lady uses Reunion for Windows (Generations now?) on a computer using
XP. Recently it was upgraded to SP2.

Normally when she prints out a Family Card from Reunion it is 18cm x
12cm. Now it is printing at 13cm x 8.5cm. It is months since she
previously printed one, so she can't put a timeframe on change.

Comments would be welcome. Nothing else seems to be affected, within or
without Reunion. I believe the printer is a Canon inkjet, but am not
totally sure.
