Username used by Family Tree Maker

Hi there,

I have an Ancestry.co.uk account with "Annual U.K. Deluxe Membership".
I've just installed Family Tree Maker 2005 which, when I registered it,
gave me a username starting with ftmaker. I would like to merge
information from the website into my tree, but the ftmaker??? account
does not give me access to everything that my original username does.

Does anyone know how I get Family Tree Maker 2005 to use my deluxe
membership username?

yes I have a similar poblem with FTM 2006 with free online update to FTM 16

but I prefer to manually copy and edit data to retain control and
quality checking

but I would telephone the 0800 number findable under "your account" >>> help
of your deluxe mebership and ask them to fix it
