Has anyone experience of using a Thinkpad for Family History?
Are there any problems using PAF5, Gedcom etc in one of these?

What model ThinkPad. If you are thinking of an old 486, yes there are

problems! If you are thinking of a brand new one then there should not
be any problems. The version of the program will matter too, the newer
the computer the newer the version of the program you can run.
Newer versions often take more memory, more harddrive space and more
graphics card abilities to run smoothly.
