Legacy 5.0 Deluxe

Folks:

I just downloaded the latest update and now the program won't open. I am
getting the message:

Active X component can't create object

Any help would be appreciated.

Dear Sherry:

I did step one and when I did step two it said I had a newer version so not
to complete it.

I am still getting the same message.

I am running Windows XP. I receive automatic updates.
