Canada surnames database added

Canada has been added to the surname-matching database at
http://surnamesbytown.com

Let me note that you can submit your surnames and, next update, they
will be added as e-mail links so cousins can discover and contact you.

Obviously, there's no point in submitting surnames while leaving the
e-mail address field blank, because then cousins cannot contact you.
Such entries won't be added.
