non gen: Outlook email question - I found the answer!

Hi Folks

A while ago I posted a question about Outlook. I'm just getting back
to you to let you know I found the answer. Sorry to bother everyone,
I'm always doing this. Not being able to fathom the answer to
something, so I ask the question, then I go away and come back later
to have another go, then find the answer in 2 mins!

For anyone interested the basic way of sorting my problem was choosing
a different option within the 'View' menu.
