It is 7:05 EST in the USA and both URLs for the LDS website cannot be
reached from the MidWest.

At 7:21 a.m. EST the site cannot be reached from New York. However, the
LDS site is up.

It was down for much of the weekend and up to about 6.30pm UK time

yesterday for most of the UK and the eastern side of North America.
It's now up and running again normally.
