Jeg vil gjerne finde ut lite mere over min oldemor's familie in Bjugn ifoer hun har utvandert til Amerika. Ane var gift med Martinus Magnus Larsen ved Tiltrem (Joessund). Aafjord og Joesund's Gaardhistorie diskutiert over Martin's familie, men kun at Anne var fra Bjugn og hadde en datter som heter Ragnhild. To andre doetre var foedt ved Tiltrem, men kun den yngste, Margrete utvandert med Ane og Martin og etter de andre to doetre doedde i 1869-70. Min farfar, Lars M. Larsen, var den anden barn foedt (1876)i Amerika ved i dags South Dakota. Lars var senere gift med Anne Evensdatter Olden fra ytre Olden. De to har trefft in Sioux City, Iowa of min far var foedt der in 1898. Hvis der er nogen som vil gjerne lerne mere over vi norsk/amerikaner in Larsen/Olden slekt, jeg ka kansje hjelp.

If Anne Evensdatter Olden's real name was Anna Eline (Lina) born jun 6 1872, married first time with Johan Johansen Sagbak,then she 's my grand aunt.

I don't think they are the same. Even Olden left Jossund in 1883 for Sioux City, Iowa where many from the Aafjord and Jossund prestegjeld seem to have gone. His wife was married first to a member of the Brun family from Olden and then to Even. She left Trondheim by ship in 1885, I think to join Even. The young daughters Olava and Anna accompanied her. Unless Anna married Johan Sagbak in Sioux City, Iowa before my grandfather, I don't think the relationship you suggest is possible.

From the Jøssund churchbook: Anna Elisabet, born Aug 19 1876, christening Oct 1 1876 in Jøssund church. Hers father was Even Andreas Eilertsen Olden, born 1853, Olden. Mother was Nella Ingeborg Anna Nilsdaughter, born 1846, Grønningen, Roan. Bachelor Even and widow Nella was married in Jøssund church Jun 24 1876. His father: Eilert Olsen, hers father: Nils Ingebrigtsen.

I wonder if this girl could be the one you are looking for: Anne Sofie, born 30.12.1846 at Sæter, christened 11.04.1847 in Bjugn, parents Ole Vinsentsen and Randi Simonsdtr. They also had a daughter Anne in 1843 and a son Simon in 1850.

Found the marriage between Magnus and Anne Sofie in Aa church 29.10.1865, ungkar Magnus Larsen 29 Tiltrem, far Magnus Larsen Tiltrem

The fact that the fathers name doesnt't match could of course mean somethigs wrong here, but it can also be right. Wrong names happens all the time. However, she is given as 23 years old in the census and that matches well with the given age at the marriage 2 months before. And of course Ragnhild was 3 years old. Most likely your Anne Sofie was born around 1843.

The only Anne Sofie Olsdtr christened in Bjugn prestegjeld 1842-1849 is her born 1846 at Sæter.

Could not find any Ole Svendsen having a child in the same period. Anne Sofie could of course have been born out of wedlock an christened somewhere else.

I hit Ane Sophia in Ørland churchbook, born Des 30 1846 (1847 ??), christening Apr 11 1847. Married Aug 26 1869 with Johannes Ingebrigtsen Trettenget bnr 4, Ørland. (Ørlandsboka #2,page 135.) Hers parents was Ole Winsentsen and wife Randi Simonsdtr.Ane Sophia have a sister also named Ane,(only Ane) and she was born Nov 17 1843, christening Des 27 1843 from Sæter, Bjugn.(Ørland churchbook) Could both of the sisters Ane use the name Sophia.I also think that Ole Svendsen is wrong, better vith Ole Vinsentsen.(sorry my bad language) SG.

Leif og Steinar: Tak for hjelpet! Jeg tror a Ane Sophie Saeter er den rigtig kandidat for oldemor min. Steinar: Anna Elisabet Olden fra Olden er farmor min. Paa en kopi af farfar min, Lars' birth certificate han gav Seater som hans mors familie navn. Ogsaa, Vinsentsen og Svendsen hoere lite samme hvis man snakke for hurtig.
