He married Siri in Jevnaker and thier first child was born in Gran just a few months later.

In the 1801 Census they are living in Hurdal. She is 39.
The Hurdal Bydabok says she comes from Valdres.
She dies in Hurdal on 21 Mar 1840 (age 70)
