Locating my father

I'm trying to find my father who in the mid 1970's lived at Kangaroo
Point which is a suburb of Brisbane, Qld. He was a Finnish citizen
when he came to Australia in 1973. I have information that leads me
to believe he is in Australia presently.

My Mother and Markku met when he lived at Kangaroo Point, Brisbane,
Australia, around 1977. They were together for about 1 year. My
Mother gave birth to me on 12/06/1978.

He was born in Finland 23 April 1948. He spent a few years in the 70's
in Sweden
sometime between 1972 and 1973 he returned to Finland before he
finally emigrated to Australia 29 May 1973

I learned recently that I may have a sister who was trying to locate
him in 1999. Her name is Linda Hansen and I think she lives in
Sweden. She has posted to this group and said that she was able to
locate Markku. Her contact email is no longer current. I would be
very interested in finding out how to contact her.

these groups are normally about dead people

and many of us have reservations about helping find living people
because it may interfere with their privacy

better try the Salvation Army or a detective agency
