Berthel Larsen, f. 1823 g.m. Eline Dyresdtr, f 1831 and lived at Brennbakken at Vig in Stange.

They had at least 6 children, with the first dying while an infant. The other 5 where:

Dyre Bertelsen, f. 6 Dec 1854
Lars Bertelsen, f. ca 1855
Anne Emilie Bertelsdtr, f. ca 1858
Berthe Edia Bertelsdtr, f. 24 Jan 1862
Elen Julia Bertelsdtr, f. 24 Dec 1868

In the 1865 census, the first 4 children are found at the Brændbakken og Kjernsveen farm, but none were found in the 1900 census under those last names. Nor were any found in the Oslo emigration records.

The fifth child (Elen Julia) is found in the 1900 census at the Brænbakken farm, unmarried and living with her mother.

I would be interested in the fate of the other four children or suggestions on where to search for information about them.
