Niels Clausen Friis and Anna Catharina Tögerdatter Holm

At 11-2-1802 there is the marriage from Niels Clausen Friis and Anna
Catharina Tögerdatter Holm. They had at least 3 children: Töger Olavussen
Friis, born in 1802, Marie Magdalena Friis, born in 1805, and Michael
Borle Friis, born 1809. Michael died in Amsterdam.
The marriage and the place of birth of the children was in Strömsö,
Denmark.
De parents of Anna (born in 1753 at Tönsberg) are Thöger Larssen Holm and
Christiane Olsdatter, who married in Strömsö 1-6-1775.Thoger was a
"Banemester". The parents of Christiane I have too: Ole Fanoë and Anne
Catharine Johnsdatter.
Direct interest i have for older generations, but i am also very
interested in the second name of Michael Borle Friis. It could be Michiel
Borlie Fries as well! Where does the name comes from?
