Parents of Paul Jensen or Elen Caroline Olsdatter

Hello,

I am Karen Pennewaard. I live is Holland. My ggg grandfather was Paul Jensen , my ggg grandmother Elen Caroline Olsdatter. They married 1st october 1821.

They had four children

Martha Margrethe
Ane Birgitta
Carl Andreas (my gg grandfather)
Jull Isaak

It was Pauls second mariage. He married in 1799 Karen Andersdatter and had one son

Carl Andreas went as a seaman to Rotterdam and married a dutch girl (Andrea Verkuijlen). The had 10 children. Many of them went to the USA. My g grandfather Martinus Wilhelm Jensen stayed in Holland.

My question is: Can anyone tell me who the parents are from Paul Jensen or Elen Caroline Olsdatter.
Elen died on the 6th june 1863 73 years old Buried at Karlsoy
Paul died 24th december 1842 80 years old? In the census of 1801 he was 32 years old.
He is born between 1762-1769.
