It is the Aas (Ås) farm in Vegårshei.

Vegårshei was a part of Gjerstad (Gjerrestad) parish at a time.

There is bygdebok for Vegårshei, but I understand it is not too reliable. So you have to be critical and check the information you find with the parish records.
