Child of August Jonassen and Anne Sofie Sørensdatter

August and Anne Sofie were married in Sandar on Dec. 28, 1871. I have found the baptizm records for 7 children but according to August's death record of Nov. 3, 1892 in Sandar he is survived by his widow and 8 children. According to family the name should be either August or Anton.

I have search before and after their marriage, after death of August - searching by name of parents.

Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated.

i 1875 er det kun 3 barn nevnt

hvis det skulle være flere enn disse, må vedkommende være født etter folketellingen 1891, lite sansynlig når vedkommende ikke står i fødselsfortegnelsen.

I think Vidar is correct, that the death record in the minister's protocol is wrong about the number of children.

The lensmann's death protocol states that August was survives by his widow and seven children.
